Packaging Design
Break-Fast & St. Michael’s

The objective of this product packaging design assignment was to create a concept and execute a design with the simple parameter restrictions of sticking to a can and milk carton for packaging. My solutions were Break-Fast, an all in one tear away breakfast cereal and milk combo kit for the milk carton.

My can solution was St. Michael’s First Aid Kit which was packed into a repurposed oatmeal tin to enhance durability and shelf life in the event of an emergency and long term storage. The label peeled away to give instructions for would bandaging, Heimlich maneuver, and basic CPR instructions, as well as an area to store local emergency numbers.
Zero Candy Bar
This packaging redesign exercise intended to modernize current packaging design. I research past Zero bar designs to get a feel for where it has been to be able to take it into current times. I felt that the simple typographic execution was very dated and had no real personality, while previous packaging had a great deal of personality and imagery.
